NEW RULING: THE BUYING OF A DRINK FOR THE WINNING SINGLES OPPONENT IS OPTIONAL - BUT THIS MUST BE STATED BEFORE THE START OF THE MATCH
The New Format for the Hay & District Darts League for the 2023/2024 Season will be
6 x Singles 401 Double Start/Double Finish and 3 x Pairs 401 Double Start/Double Finish
Best of 3 Legs Per Game - All Dartboards to be Winmau Blade 5/6 or Equivalent Standard
1 Point Per Match (Leg Score Must Be Recorded For All Games On The Result Card)
Teams Can Sign A New Player On The Night
Minimum of 6 Players per Team - NO NAMES DRAWN FROM HAT
If you have 5 Players on the night Team will Forfeit 1 Singles Match and 1 Pairs Match
ALL LEAGUE MATCHES MUST BE PLAYED - NO GAMES CAN BE CLAIMED
Postponement (Latest Time) No Later Than 9.00pm The Night Before The Scheduled Fixture(Unless Inclement Weather/Exceptional Circumstances)
POSTPONED FIXTURES MUST BE PLAYED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF SCHEDULED FIXTURE DATE
Any Team Postponing After The Cut-off Time Will Have To Pay For Food (if any) Prepared By The Home Venue And Be Subject To A Penalty Points Deduction At The League's Discretion
Teams must arrive at Venue at 8.20pm - League Match will Start at 8.30pm (Prompt)
The Make-up of Players for League Matches is entirely at the Discretion of Team
Captains - Players to be selected by Home Team Captain/Away Team Captain (Folded Card Method)
Home Team Gives Bull Guide 1st & 3rd Legs, Loser of Bull Goes First For The Double 2nd Leg
RESULTS
Home Team Captain is responsible for Texting Secretary (07970 769422) with photo of the result card by the following day. The Secretary will enter the result on the website www.pubdarts.co.uk

Team Registration £30.00
Player's Transfer Fee £ 2.00 (Transfers must be made by the penultimate game of the first half of the Season thus allowing the Player to play 1 game for his/her new team so they can then play in Competitions - failure to play said game they will be unable to play in Competitions)
